2025 Annual Conference

October 23-26, 2025
The 2025 Association for Education and Patient Care Optimization Conference is a national clinical education event bringing together leading neurosurgeons and spine surgeons from across the country. Our live, in-person courses are designed to foster collaboration, showcase clinical innovation, and support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in complex spine surgery.

Attendees include surgeons from academic institutions, major health systems, and private practices. The program features expert-led case discussions, podium presentations, and interactive panel sessions exploring the most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities in spine care delivery.

Many sessions are led by participating surgeons who present recent clinical research, surgical innovations, or real-world experiences—creating a dynamic forum where peer-driven dialogue complements structured didactics.

Our conferences are built to serve as a shared space for the surgical community to exchange best practices, evaluate new techniques and technologies, and identify actionable strategies to improve patient outcomes.
